3. We will arrange a reverse pickup for you. The pick-up attempt will be made twice. If the delivery service is unable to pick up the package. You must return the shipment to the company’s address provided in the contact us section.
4. Reverse Pick Up is contingent on the service being available in your area pin-code.
5. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as you received it. It is mandatory for the product tag and labels to be intact for us to process the return and refund successfully.
6. We will not be able to generate a refund if the products are used or returned in a poor condition.

8. If an order is cancelled before the order is dispatched, we will initiate the refund and the same will reflect in your bank account within 7-10 business days. An order cannot be cancelled once the dispatch is initiated. In such a case, you can return the products once you receive them.
9. Any products ordered on a pre-order or made to order basis are not eligible forreturn or exchange.
