  1. From the date of delivery, we provide 7 days of hassle-free returns and exchanges. It takes an additional 7 days for the returned item(s) to arrive at our offices. We provide reverse pick-up services at no extra charge only If your pin code is operational.
  2. There will be two attempts at pick-up, if the shipment cannot be picked up by the courier service you Must Return The Shipment To The Business Address. Reverse Pick Up Is Dependent On The Service Being Available In Your Pin-Code Area.
  3. For Cod Orders, A Coupon Code Will Be Provided In The Span Of 5 Working Days From The Day Of Return Pickup On Your Registered E-Mail Address/Contact Number. Refunds will be applicable only on COD orders above 2500/-. In that case please email us at support@thesizestory.com
  4. Please ship back your product(s) in the same condition as you received them. A refund would not be given if the returned items were in poor shape or were obviously used.
  5. Please allow 7 days for the return to be processed and to receive a payout link for your refund. Please Take Notice That Only Prepaid Orders / Online Payments Made On Our Website Are Eligible For Refund / Bank Transfer. Both COD and PREPAID orders are not eligible for a refund of the shipping costs.
  6. If you choose the COD payment method, you will receive a coupon code equal to the value of your order that can be used within a year of its issuance. COD Orders above 2500/- are eligible to get a refund, in that case please mail us at support@thesizestory.com
  7. Upon Return Of The Product, We Will Fully Examine It And Notify The Customer Of Their Right To A Refund (If Any) Via E-Mail Within A Reasonable Period Of Time. We Aim To Process The Refund As Soon As Possible And, In Any Case, Within 30 Working Days From The Day, We Confirmed To The Customer Via E-Mail That They Are Entitled To A Refund.
